I had some trouble sleeping last night, so I am up a little late today. I await the coming shitty weather and Son1 with his family.
Yesterday I spent a couple of hours volunteering to dress up the local performing arts venue for the holidays. It got done pretty fast - out by noon.
Then I spent time in the afternoon getting all the other details for today's podcast release done. I believe I took a nap after that.
Once I got up I packed up the defective computer I ordered and got it to UPS, then went to gas up one of the cars. DW and I decided to get Chinese food out for dinner, which is not my favorite kind of food to eat, but it saved DW from cooking as we prepare to launch into the next four food-centric days.
I spent the evening watching the morning session of the Ashes, a cricket test match between England and Australia that's been going on since 1877, and then I watched a few videos on solar energy. I'm dreaming of putting an array out in the back yard next spring, but we shall see if it's truly necessary.
Today is a bit busy only because I have to get the snow thrower ready and gas up the other car. Oversleeping has not helped. I am thinking of cutting my walk to gain time.
