Hey There! It's 8:23 AM, 65°F, overcast, wind SW 12 MPH

Yesterday was podcast production day, and I got a bit of a late start on it. I think I may have spent too much time with my morning reads, so it wasn't until 11:30 AM or so that I began editing. Once I got started, however, I went until 5 PM. Things came together nicely for this one.

Around 5:30 I began to do a little channel surfing to see if the baseball world was honoring John Sterling, the Yankee radio broadcaster who died yesterday at 87. They were, and there was plenty to take in. A rice, beef, and zucchini dinner dish provided a break, and the game following turned into another laugher by the end. There were many nice tributes to Sterling sprinkled throughout the game.

I ended the evening with a YouTube video from my CT125 guy in AZ. I usually watch at 1.5 speed because he rarely has anything important to say. He just rides trails and hawks gear for the most part. He's trying to make money off his channel, and since he was so kind in getting my windshield installed, I'm paying him back by watching his videos and helping his algorithm. Bedtime was 11:10 PM.

Notable Deaths: John Sterling, longtime radio voice of the NY Yankees from 1989-2024. 87.
