Hey There! It's 8:21 AM EDT, 78°F, Humidity 45%, Wind 11 mph SW, sunny

Happy Bastille Day!

There are heat advisories in effect later this morning, but right now it's quite pleasant out. Mornings have been pleasant. I wish I could enjoy them more.

Yesterday first thing I did after coffee was get the Kia down to the mechanics and have them find out what's wrong. I also asked them to change the plates and inspect the car. We'll see what happens.

Then I came back, had some breakfast, and after that I worked with DW having her coach me on the project. We did that until it was time to leave for the day's meeting session.

It was a rough session. Everyone seemed a little off, especially me. We did a few prelimanary things, checked out a few more technical items, and ran the project. Adding the new items was a bit jarring and caused me to lose my concentration now and again. I have to get to the point where I can absorb the changes, and get there fast. We did get through the project, but again, it was rough, and we are not fully there yet. We've missed literally a week of meeting time, and we could have used it.

I got home a was exhausted. I closed my eyes for a bit, but did not go to sleep. I looked over the project again before dinner, which was some Asian cube steaks and veggies. Then I went back and, since there was no ball game due to the All Star break, I looked over the project some more, but soon had to abandon that, as I was getting frustrated and overloaded. I spent the rest of the evening scrolling some Youtube. I also did a little research on camping gear, and on a minimalist launcher for my phone. While I like the idea of a dumbphone, because I have no socials, I don't spend all that much time on it. I did try OLauncher, but it was too minimal for me, and I switched back to Pixel's launcher when I went to Japan. There must be something in between. Bedtime was 11:02. Another short post.
