Happy Christmas to those who celebrate, and welcome to the return of the light!
Yesterday we spent with Son2 and GF having the 7 Fishes dinner. We also watched Jim Carry's animated version of A Christmas Carol. I took a pleasant walk in the morning before all the actions started, and was treated with a flock of Canada geese flying about the park in formation. We broke dinner into three sections. Everything was very good, but Son2 forgot to cool the mussels, so we'll be having those today with dinner.
Other than that not much to say. Son2 and DW kept busy in the kitchen, I tried to keep up with the dishes, and GF browsed her phone and chatted with us. She was not feeling well so she ate little and mostly rested so as to be in the best health for Christmas Day and her kids.
After today we being the great push west. It will be a busy two weeks as we prepare and pack.
