Hey There!
It's 7:28 AM EDT, 68°F, Humidity 65%, Wind 14 mph S, sunny, AQI 45.
This will probably be a bit of a rushed entry, as my brother is here visiting and I'd like to get this posted before he gets up.
I went through my morning routine. I filled the time between when I finished breakfast and when my brother arrived mostly by doing a Google Takeout from a mostly unused Google account I have, as well as futzing around with the design of my public blog. I also tried to get my public blog to point to my actual domain name, but I was unsuccessful with that. I had made a backup of my original domain settings, so I was able to get the site back to its original settings. I am probably missing something in the settings that has to be done. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to have my domain name be where my public blog lands.
My brother arrived around 2:45, and we chatted for a bit and set him and his wife up. He was tired from the drive so he went to take a nap until dinner. Dinner was pasta primavera with shrimp.
After dinner we all drive to the presentation site, as my brother and SIL wanted to see it. But a strange thing happened. DW and I were let off at the building, while they went to a local marina to pass the time. While there, my brother had an insect, what he things was a bee, fly into his eye. While I was doing the presentation, he and my SIL were in the local emergency room having his eye treated. DW told me after the show. It turned out it wasn't too serious, as he was on site when I came out, but he and his wife did miss the presentation. He seemed OK, so we all drove home.
My brother went to bed right away after a slice of pie. The ladies chatted over tea. I went to bed about 11:30 PM, last one to go. Interesting day!
