Hey There! It's 6:14 PM MST, 47°F, rain

Another tough day today. Might as well get into it now.

Yesterday was just another day packed with reading projects. Nothing really of interest to note, other than I went to WalMart to pick up a grocery order. That's pretty much it.

DW and I watched another episode of Star Trek:Academy. It's not going to be of much interest to me in the end. It's so geared towards younger audiences, with its portrayal of confident young cadets. Holly Hunter is trying too hard, and whoever is playing the Dean of Cadets is yelling far too much (which can be read as trying too hard). Tig Notaro has the best lines.

So here's where the day came off the rails. Last night I spent a lot of time researching the wrong person for the interview I had scheduled for today. We were scheduled to meet at 9 AM, but he wasn't there, then he couldn't get the link working, then I had trouble with Google Voice being blocked by too many blockers. So we decided to reschedule, and now I don't quite know where my podcast stands for Wednesday. There's still a chance I can produce and post it by Wednesday, but it depends when I can get an interview with him for Tuesday. I am going to put together most of a podcast, and then if he's there, I'll drop the interview in. If not, I'll have to push the opening episode to 2/4. Lots of stress.

And speaking of stress, I read another 15 projects today. I thought I was going finish, but as I read what I thought was the last project, I found a floder with 13 more. I may take Sunday off and polish off the rest on Monday. I'm so done with these projects. I will never get this past week og my life back again.

We've been in AZ for a week, and I haven't done one interesting thing yet. At least I don't have the huge winter storm to contend with. Hopefully by Wednesday I'll have the projects sorted out and can spend time relaxing.

Notable Deaths: John Brodie, SF 49ers QB in the 60s, 90.
