Hey There!
Day One of the tour with my brothers went off just fine. Met an old college roommate of Bro1, and took a walk down to the local beach. Then on to the concert venue.
Met Bro3 backstage and had a chat, took some pictures. After a bit I went to grab a sandwich. Bro2 has serious camera equipment, so he went shooting pictures.
Son2 showed up with his crew and we took care of the details checking everybody in and what not. Bro2 and I went to the whiskey tent to try out some bourbons. I can't handle booze the way I used to, so a few small shots and I was done tasting. The show started at 5:30 so I sat in my chair and chilled while listening to the music.
When the music was over we all went backstage again for some chat, and then back to the hotel. I had a slice of carrot cake and a Jim Beam and ginger ale that had a lot of Jim Beam in it. Went to bed and had a bit of a rough night sleeping, but got enough to power me through the drive today.
In the meantime, contacted my neighbor and gave him a starting price for my campsite/land adjacent to his. I guess he's going to mention its availability to anyone who might come to look at his place. I started high at 90K, but plenty of wiggle room. Hope it's not too high.
I'm gonna save the rest of the day for tomorrow so I will have something to write. We head for the next venue tomorrow afternoon and another concert.
